Delivery Options

Bunde Handmade can deliver to a wide range of local and international destinations.
Your online order will be dealt with as promptly as possible. I endeavor to dispatch goods as soon as your payment and address have been verified. Note, that if the order is marked as 'PRE ORDER' please give at least 4-6 weeks to receive your order. If the order is urgent, please email me the order number and the date you'd like it to be delivered by. There might be a way on getting it delivered in time! Never give up as they say!
Please note, that I only dispatch on weekdays Monday - Friday. Weekend orders will be processed first thing Monday morning GMT. 

 

All shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. Unfortunately I am unavailable to offer FREE shipping at this stage of my small business. Please email me in case you live in East London as I'm more than happy to deliver for free.

Please be aware all purchases are subject to import tax and duties set by your local government.

General

Delivery times may vary and the responsibility of the carrier. Delays occurring after dispatch are also the responsibility of the carrier.I can not be held liable for delays due to adverse weather conditions or transport difficulties once they have left THE distribution centre, however, I can help track and make sure that your order gets to you as quickly and reliably as possible. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days time, please do not hesitate and email me as soon as possible! 

Bank Holiday

Please be advised I do not ship orders on UK bank holidays. 

Returns

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

You must not delay the return of the goods and should send them back within 14 days of when you informed us of your decision to return.

All goods must be returned unused, with all the original packaging intact. Please make sure to include a little note with your full name and order number to make things easier for me when processing your return at my end.

I have the right to not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are damaged or have been returned in a state that I deem as un-saleable. If goods are returned to me and not deemed acceptable for an exchange or refund, I will send them back to the customer.

Tracking your Return 
You are responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend that you use a trackable postage service and retain proof of postage.
